Frequently Asked Questions

  • How many users do I need?
    Our customers typically include their site managers, contract managers, H&S personnel and back-office administration staff as SitePlex users. You may also wish to include project managers and estimators. We can discuss your requirements and advise on who to include to get the best value for money. Our small business plan starts from 10 users. See our plans. All your staff can be registered on SitePlex to track sign-in and out of sites, with no additioal costs or limit to the number of staff you can register.
  • How long is my contract?
    The minimum subscription period is 12 months, paid monthly. There are no set up fees and full training is provided, plus free lifetime support.
  • Is my data secure?
    SitePlex is hosted on AWS Servers (Amazon Web Services), widely regarded as among the most robust and secure in the world, and our customers have almost limitless storage capacity for their files/documents. Siteplex customer data is backed up every day for a rolling 30-day period (i.e. for disaster recovery we can go back to recover a snaphot from any day in the past 30-days.) If you notify us of any issue within 30 days, data can be restored. We then also hold an end-of-month snapshot (month end) over 4 additional months.
  • How long will it take my business to move from paper-based to digital operations?
    In our experience this can take from 2 to 12 weeks, depending on the size of your business.
  • Can we convert our current paper forms to a digital format?
    Yes, we will convert up to 30 of your existing paper forms to a digital format, adapting them to be easy and quick to complete on an iPhone or iPad. We also provide training for you to create an unlimited number of new forms using our easy Form Builder.
  • Can you help with the set up of our devices for site use?
    Yes, with every plan we will help you set up your devices and computers to run SitePlex. Plans for medium and large customers also include management of your devices, should you choose to protect & track them using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system. Additional costs will apply for MDM licenses for your devices.
  • What happens to my data if I no longer want to use SitePlex?
    We will provide an export of all your data should you no longer wish to use SitePex. This data would be provided in an Excel format.
